Service Description

Although all forms of yoga are therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools such as -asanas(poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation practices, guided imagery and journaling- to address your needs physically, mentally, and emotionally. This session has been shown to reduce stress, anxious thoughts, and so much more. Yoga therapy is a tool that gives you the space to go within and heal, gently. Prior to our session we will discuss your personal yoga and mindfulness goals to curate a flow that best suits your needs.
